Makis Zafirakos, οpens in 1996 the fish tavern "Boukadoura" in Porto Koufo, Halkidiki, and a few years later in Thessaloniki, aiming to creatively stand in the restaurant sector with new flavors combined with authentic homemade delicacies that complete a full and enjoyable menu alongside integrated service and customer care.
The menu includes a wide variety of flavors and suggestions (100 different dishes) served in a welcoming and warm environment with direct and discreet service by our staff.
Many of our articles are produced by us and reflect the quality and flavor of our dishes that , which cannot be found anywhere else.
So we built the "myth" of our well-known cuisine, with references to travel and culinary guides from France, Germany and Italy.
