The award-winning Chef Sophia takes care of the menu, giving priority to the excellent quality of the raw materials she selects in vegetables and salads. The meat she is using is of excellent quality, marinated with oregano, black pepper and salt. On our salads and dishes we use extra virgin Greek olive oil (our production from Porto-Koufo Halkidiki) and for our fried dishes top quality corn oil.
Of course, the excellent quality in raw materials, is the reason which takes off the taste of our deliciously cooked dishes, keeping always the Greek Mediterranean tradition of our country.
As far as fish and seafood are concerned, it is always chosen by Makis, native son of Porto Koufo. Since he is an excellent fisherman (fishing with a speargun), he knows the fish so well as no one else and with a grilling technique that will envy the best grill-master.
