Makis Zafirakos, οpens in 1996 the fish tavern "Boukadoura" in Porto Koufo, Halkidiki, and a few years later in Thessaloniki, aiming to creatively stand in the restaurant sector with new flavors combined with authentic homemade delicacies that complete a full and enjoyable menu alongside integrated service and customer care.
The menu includes a wide variety of flavors and suggestions (100 different dishes) served in a welcoming and warm environment with direct and discreet service by our staff.
Many of our articles are produced by us and reflect the quality and flavor of our dishes that , which cannot be found anywhere else.
So we built the "myth" of our well-known cuisine, with references to travel and culinary guides from France, Germany and Italy.
The efficiency in service, courtesy and real interest to the customer, complement the high level of service offered to our guests ,whether they enjoy their meal with their company, or carry out their social or professional meetings, always at the most competitive prices.
